What you submit

How it's used
Submitted data is used solely to generate a structural diagnostic report and related output. It is not used to create public profiles or shared with third parties for advertising.
Data handling
We take reasonable steps to store and process submitted data securely. We do not sell or rent user data.
What to avoid submitting
Do not submit passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, sensitive personal data, or private documents not required for the diagnostic.

StartupDiag is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the report.
Refund & review
If the report appears incomplete or does not reflect the submitted data, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may review the case and provide clarification, correction, or a revised report when appropriate.
